Sims (1 hr 21), Kim Jones, James Douglas, Adrian Pashley, Terry Stocker, Andrea Davies, Catriona Sutherland, Felipe, and not forgetting ......... yours truly (3 coughing fits, a bad dose of man flu, 74 minutes and 783rd) - Yes I was pleased - thought I was going to die!!Well done everyone - a fantastic effort!

.....and loads of thanks to you David, I'd have never got round in the time I did without all the help with training.....and I think everyone who's seen the state of you over the last few days never thought you'd start the run let alone get in the first 800 - and I guess the medics at the 4 mile coughing fit wondered the same! so congratulations to you too!
